Özet:
The presentation of SAFE D project will realized. The primary target group of SAFE D project are the
employees working at small enterprises with 24-65 years old. This group comprises individuals
currently employed across various industries or service sectors. As job position, they may be workers,
supervisors, or managers interested in improving workplace safety and ergonomics practices within
the enterprise. The self-employers and home-office workers which are especially sharply increasing in
number after the pandemic) are also project target. The individuals currently unemployed not in
education (NEET) but seeking for a job opportunity must be aware the sectoral ergonomic conditions
of the open jobs to make decision for employment. Women, migrants, unemployed person and other
disadvantaged groups will have priority for partnering in the project activities. The project will offer
those valuable skills and knowledge to enhance their employability. The project have three
objectives,
- Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development to identify the training and education
needs of adults, businesses, and educators in the field of ergonomics and workplace
safety to develop a tailored ergonomics curriculum for small enterprises based on the
needs analysis findings.
- On-Site Workshops and Mentoring to facilitate on-site ergonomics workshops and
mentoring activities in small enterprises to apply ergonomic principles in real-world
settings. This objective directly supports the priority of enhancing adult learning and
training through innovative methods by offering hands-on, practical training in
ergonomics.
- Project Management, Dissemination, and Reporting to establish effective project
management processes, to ensure the quality, sustainability, and dissemination of
project outcomes through the development of a sustainability and valorization plan,
a dissemination plan, and regular reporting. This objective contributes to the priority
of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of education and training systems
through strong project management and dissemination activities.
